Quote: Snow Training
...Perform all maneuvers slowly at first, being extra careful. Get a feel for the snow because some snow is wetter and slicker than other snowfall. Avoid hard surfaces because they might be covered with ice rather than softer snow.

Really? Your going to tell me to check my surfaces, something that is already deeply a part of the parkour mindset.  You just told me what my mom says every time I go out of the house!  Some snow is wetter then other snow? BAD advice, I wonder if the person that made this article thought that snow comes from water.

Brick and stone walls, fireplaces, and similar sections of wall offer finger holds for climbing -- another key parkour skill.
We are in big trouble when people who train Parkour need advice like this.  Look at the title of this article.  Another Parkour BAD experience.  When I go to my parents house I will ask them if I can Parkour off of their fireplace. Thanks ...We didnt know that if you had a BAD health, you wouldnt become a "PRO."  What does a Pro mean anyway?

Boost your activity level. Parkour is not for the sedentary or even the mildly athletic.
