Why Livestrong?

I have been following these Livestong articles for a while and just cringe when I read them most of the time.

Quote:

Basic Moves

Before beginning any parkour training, two moves must be mastered safely: the drop and the roll. The drop involves jumping from a high structure to a low one and the roll involves propelling your body into a forward roll as you land on the low structure, safely absorbing your momentum.

It's great that they explain this as a Basic Move...please jump off of high structures to other structures, this is very basic. "Also make sure to do that BAD role you just learned after jumping, propelling your body even further into the ground more rapidly." Since when did jumping from structure to structure be the building blocks of Parkour?
